Lloyd Recruitment Services is pleased to be working with a well-established company that's on the lookout for a Construction Project Coordinator to join their growing team. This is a dynamic role where you'll play a vital part in the delivery of multiple construction projects across various stages - no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities:
* Scheduling and managing engineers' diaries and site visits
* Assisting in the planning, resourcing, and coordination of commercial construction projects
* Tracking progress of small to mid-sized builds and ensuring deadlines are met
* Updating project documentation and maintaining progress reports
* Providing administrative support to the wider team, including phones, emails, post, and office supplies
* Helping manage fleet vehicles and keeping training records up to date
* Compiling data for construction accreditations and trade body memberships
* Supporting the onboarding of new team members
What We're Looking For:
* Solid experience in project coordination/administration within the construction industry
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritise under pressure
* Proactive approach with the flexibility to support multiple teams
* Confident working both independently and collaboratively
Salary £30,000-£45,000 depending on experience
