What You'll Be Doing ️
* Client Engagement & Sales Partnership:
o Develop strong partnerships with our sales representatives to champion ELMO's platform and meet client needs.
o Actively promote solutions-based selling, aligning our powerful software with real-world customer challenges.
o Collaborate with the team to scope, plan, and deliver compelling product presentations and tailored demonstrations.
o Participate in Proof of Concepts (PoCs), showcasing the possibilities of ELMO's solutions and aligning with business objectives.
o Engage with a variety of opportunities, individuals, and deals, supporting sales efforts for organisations ranging from lower mid-market to large enterprise.
* Product & Industry Mastery:
o Become a true ELMO product specialist, able to describe our solutions with deep competency.
o Maintain strong knowledge of over 70% of the ELMO Suite, specialising in multiple modules.
o Exhibit the ability to design robust solution architectures for diverse scenarios. ️
o Lead the product feedback loop, driving updates to demo environments and enabling your fellow Solution Consultants.
o Clearly articulate our core differentiators against top competitors.
o Possess strong HR process knowledge to contextualise demonstrations within the customer's world.
* Strategic & Team Contributions:
o Provide support to other Solution Consultants, acting as an escalation point for technical problems.
o Participate in the planning and execution of strategic projects, taking responsibility for key deliverables.
o Take charge of planning and delivering ongoing training for the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
o Ensure all individual KPIs are met, driving high performance.
o Help create an environment of trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort. ️
o Be ready to travel occasionally when required. ️
o Always maintain awareness of and be compliant with information security protocols in relation to your role and data handling.
What We Value For This Role
* Proven experience in a Solutions Consulting, Pre-Sales, or similar client-facing technical role.
* A strong knack for establishing trust and effectively communicating complex solutions.
* Excellent ability to configure and demonstrate software to meet specific client requirements.
* Highly collaborative nature, with a proven track record of partnering effectively with sales teams.
* Strong analytical skills for client needs analysis and problem-solving.
* Experience contributing to client presentations, tender responses, and technical documentation.
* A passion for continuous learning and a desire to contribute to enhanced solution functionality.
* Commitment to maintaining information security and privacy standards.
* Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple engagements.
* Commercial acumen to support and drive sales efforts.
