Responsibilities and Duties
* Attend customer premises to service, maintain, and commission refrigeration and catering equipment to a high standard.
* Achieve a high first‑time fix rate and minimize recalls through efficient use of labour and parts.
* Demonstrate a positive and adaptable approach to service calls and workload, aligned with business needs.
* Liaise with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify potential future business opportunities.
* Contribute suggestions to improve maintenance and repair practices.
* Identify and signal commercial opportunities to the Sales department.
* Respond promptly to service requests as directed by the Service Centre.
* Comply fully with company policies and Health & Safety guidelines.
* Maintain clear and professional communication at all times.
* Provide feedback and support to fellow engineers, supervisors, and call allocators.
* Carry out any other duties as directed by service management.
