Role Overview
As a Dental Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients, helping manage appointments, enquiries, and ensuring the smooth daily operation of the reception area.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide outstanding telephone and front-desk service
2. Schedule private treatment appointments and follow treatment plans
3. Discuss and present finance options professionally
4. Work alongside clinicians to coordinate patient care
5. Support digital marketing efforts and promote practice treatments
6. Deliver efficient reception services to support clinical workflows
Ideal Candidate
7. Dental background essential (reception, nursing, or dental practice experience)
8. Previous dental reception experience preferred
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
10. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable
11. Comfortable working under pressure and across flexible hours
12. Suitable for dental nurses looking to move into reception or TCO roles
