Responsibilities
Lead and manage a high‑performing Humanities department (including Geography, History, and related subjects)
Champion excellence in teaching, curriculum design, and student outcomes
Inspire and support staff through strong leadership and professional development
Develop an engaging and ambitious Geography curriculum that fosters curiosity about the world
Monitor progress and implement strategies to ensure all students achieve their full potential

Is a passionate and knowledgeable Geography specialist
Has proven leadership experience or is ready to step into a leadership role
Demonstrates a track record of strong student outcomes
