What are we looking for?
Essential Skills & Experience Ability to craft engaging social media posts, blog articles, and digital content. Experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or other content creation tools. Familiarity with LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and content scheduling tools. Understanding of SEO, branding principles, and outreach strategies. Ability to create visually appealing materials for reports and campaigns. Desirable Experience (Not Required, But a Bonus) Experience in higher education marketing, student engagement, or EdTech communications. Familiarity with international student recruitment, AI literacy programmes, or policy advocacy. Knowledge of data analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights) for measuring campaign success. Experience in community building and engagement for online platforms. Key Qualities Can develop visually engaging and compelling content. Can work independently and suggest new ideas. Willing to experiment with new tools and techniques. What will you be doing?
As a Marketing & Communications Volunteer, you will Create & Manage Educational Content Develop videos, shorts, infographics, carousels, brochures, and publications on AI in education. Write social media posts, articles, and newsletters to engage international audiences. Assist in branding and visual identity development for a cohesive online presence. Lead Digital & Social Media Strategy Manage and grow AI for Global Education’s presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and Bluesky. Plan and schedule engaging content calendars for outreach and awareness campaigns. Monitor and interact with educators, policymakers, and AI researchers to build an active community. Support Branding & Outreach Initiatives Assist in designing brochures, policy briefs, and research reports for stakeholders. Promote webinars, events, and AI literacy programmes through targeted marketing. Help refine the organisation’s branding and messaging to appeal to international education audiences.
