Are you a motivated and experienced leader ready to make a real impact? We’re looking for a dynamic Team Leader to guide our Placements Business Support team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a fast-paced, dedicated group focused on delivering efficient, high-quality placement services that support children, young people and families with internal and external provision of Foster Carers, Residential Services and Supported accommodation. In this role, you will lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Placements Business Support team, ensuring the delivery of timely, accurate, and high-quality administrative support. You will be the first point of contact for complex queries, handling them effectively or escalating as appropriate. A key part of the role involves developing and implementing efficient processes and systems to enhance service delivery. You will support the ongoing development of your team through coaching, supervision, and performance management, while also ensuring strict compliance with safeguarding procedures, data protection regulations, and all relevant legislation. Building and maintaining strong working relationships with internal teams, external providers, and key stakeholders will be essential to your success. About You Proven/Extensive experience leading teams in business support or administrative environments. Proven/Strong background in staff management Experience in a social care background is advantageous. Excellent organisational and time management skills Confident communicator with the ability to influence and motivate. Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused. Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Office and case management systems. Interview date : circa w/c 16th June. Help us to change children and young people’s lives !
