Vision for Education is currently seeking multiple Supply Teachers to join secondary schools in the Falmouth area. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on students' educational journeys while working in a supportive and dynamic environment.
About The Role
As a Supply Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching and supporting students across a range of year groups on a day-to-day basis. You will collaborate with other teaching staff, assist with lesson plans, and ensure that the highest standards of teaching are maintained. This role offers flexibility and the chance to gain experience in a variety of school settings.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging lessons to secondary school students across various subjects
* Support and guide students in their learning and development
* Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and effective learning environment
* Maintain effective communication with staff members and contribute to school-wide initiatives
Requirements
To be considered for the Supply Teacher position, you should:
* Possess a strong understanding of how children learn
* Demonstrate the ability to motivate and inspire students
* Exhibit a positive and proactive approach to teaching and continuous professional development
* Be well-organised, punctual, and adaptable
* Have a commitment to promoting inclusion and equity in education
* Previous experience in teaching at the secondary level is desirable, but not essential
