Client Pension Transfer Analyst
Location: Glasgow
Salary: £25-27k DOE + up to 10% bonus
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday Friday
Working Pattern: Hybrid (2 Days office / 3 days at home after training)

This role sits at the heart of our business, working closely with advisers and internal teams to ensure client transfers and financial transactions are handled efficiently, accurately, and in line with regulatory standards.
What Youll Be Doing
Youll manage a variety of queries each day, helping to ensure every client and adviser experience is smooth, timely, and compliant. Youll contribute to high-quality client outcomes while strengthening our internal operations and control processes.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing queries related to pension transfers, money movements, and platform operations
Supporting colleagues across multiple service functions
Identifying and helping implement process improvements that benefit our clients and safeguard their investments
Sharing knowledge and best practices to strengthen team capability
Taking ownership of tasks within our risk and compliance framework

Have previous experience in financial services (platform/wrap experience a plus)
