Title: Tenancy Support Officer

Description
Provides intensive, tailored support to tenants with complex needs to help them sustain tenancies and live independently.
Develops and monitors individual support plans, working closely with tenants from the start of their tenancy.
Works in partnership with housing teams and external agencies (health, social care, police, voluntary services) for joined-up support.
Supports tenants with income maximisation, benefits, money management, and resolving rent arrears or debts.
Contributes to housing service performance, supervises a support assistant, maintains records, and upholds organizations policies, safeguarding, and customer care standards.

Title: Anti-Social Behaviour Housing Officer
Location: Rugby, UK.
Duration: 3 Months
Description
Manages and investigates a varied caseload of anti-social behaviour and tenancy breach cases across Rugby.
Uses early intervention, victim-centred and trauma-informed approaches alongside formal enforcement action when required.
Prepares legal cases, including witness statements, injunctions, and possession proceedings, working closely with Legal and Housing teams.
Works collaboratively with residents, perpetrators, police, social services, and partner agencies to resolve ASB effectively.
Plays a key role in creating safer neighbourhoods through professional, proactive, and legally compliant case management.
