You must have strong admin and customer service skills that will ensure you will thrive in a fast-paced business environment. Minimum 1 year’s admin experience required. So What Will Your Working Day be like? Managing and coordinating property appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and diary organisation. Acting as the first point of contact for clients, handling phone, email, and live chat queries with professionalism and empathy. Accurately inputing new client leads into our CRM system, maintaining up-to-date and well-organised records. Preparing and managing key documents and correspondence for customer transactions, setting clear expectations and timelines. Working closely with the wider sales team to deliver exceptional service and contribute to achieving sales targets. What are We Looking for in YOU! Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field Minimum 1-year administrative experience requirement Embrace a results-driven environment, taking ownership of tasks and pushing towards excellence. Display impeccable attention to detail and unwavering accuracy while adeptly managing a demanding workload. Exhibit a polished telephone demeanour and excel in collaborative, high-pressure situations. Preferably, a background in supporting sales and/or property functions. Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 8:45 am – 5:30 pm • 1 in 4 Saturdays required What do you get in return?
