Commissioning Officer
to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. On a day-to-day basis, you will provide commissioning and brokerage advice regarding social care services provided internally and externally on behalf of Ceredigion County Council. This includes liaising with internal and external stakeholders such as providers, the Health Board, and care management teams. You will also ensure an effective and efficient brokerage service, arranging the delivery of external provider services in a cost-effective manner that meets specified requirements and assessed needs.
