The Job you will be Doing
1. Manning telephones and allocating calls out to correct personnel
2. Meeting and greeting clients
3. General ad hoc reception and office administration duties
4. Scanning invoice into systems
5. Matching invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes
6. Scanning quotations and attaching documents to management information system
7. Shredding documents successfully scanned to the systems
8. Inputting and matching invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes for accounts team
9. Noting and highlighting and correcting variances in the invoices
10. Filing and archiving all job bags for accounts and retrieving for the sales team
11. Supporting the accounts administrator role where needed
12. Upload documents to HR system
13. Work with HR Director in keeping files, holidays, records up to date and current
