What You’ll DoContribute to mechanical and structural designs using CAD tools (CATIA, SolidWorks)Assist with mass properties calculations (weight, balance, moments of inertia)Help analyze loads and ensure structural integrity under operating conditionsSupport development of actuation, thermal, fuel, and landing gear systemsParticipate in component and system testing, validation, and verificationWork with senior engineers to ensure adherence to aerospace safety standardsCollaborate cross-functionally to optimize designs and improve engineering processes What You BringA PhD (preferred) in Mechanical, Aerospace, or a related field, with hands-on prototyping experience and/or a strong portfolio of personal projects done outside of courseworkORA self-taught or hobbyist background, with notable competition wins, public recognition, and/or a strong portfolio of personal projects .Proficiency in CAD tools (CATIA, SolidWorks, or similar)Interest in FEA, structural analysis, and aerospace design standardsPassion for building, learning, and tackling engineering challengesParticipation in hackathons, technical clubs, or engineering competitions is highly valued Eligibility Notice: This role is open to candidates based in the UK, Brazil, Turkey, or Morocco.
