A rare opportunity for a strong newly qualified Associate has opened in London with a leading Restructuring practice working alongside a top rated Partner known for leading complex workouts, creditor negotiations and judicial restructuring mandates in domestic and cross border contexts.
This is a rare opening specifically for solicitors qualifying in March 2026.
Candidates must have completed a 2 year training contract at a top US or Magic Circle firm, have excellent academic credentials and completed a seat in Restructuring during your training contract.
The work will be broad and of the highest quality, giving the NQ hire early exposure to the full range of restructuring matters, spanning formal insolvency processes, out of court restructurings, financial creditor advisory and complex stakeholder engagement across jurisdictions.
