We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Technician to join our client's team at a nuclear site near Reading.
What's in it for you?
* £38.17 an hour CIS
* Contract running until December 2026
What will you do?
* Perform the installation, modification, inspection, testing, maintenance (EMIT), and decommissioning of support systems and equipment as required.
* Follow schematics, diagrams, and drawings to install equipment correctly.
* Make sure all installations meet relevant standards, and regulations.
* Complete and update all required records and documents.
What will you need?
* NVQ Level 3 Electrical qualification OR City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Engineering
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
* Previous experience working on nuclear sites
* Ideally SC cleared
* British passport holder with a minimum of 5 years continuous residency in the UK
