A well-established food manufacturer near Sudbury is expanding and seeking hands-on Production Operatives. While experience in food production is beneficial, full training will be provided for motivated candidates. This is a temporary-to-permanent role offering an immediate start and strong long-term prospects for the right person.
Production Operative Duties:
Operating food production machinery and equipment
Carrying out quality checks and completing basic paperwork (paper and digital)
Assisting across production, warehousing, and goods-in departments
Moving stock and finished goods around the site
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in line with food safety standards
Supporting the team with a flexible, hands-on approachPay & Hours:
Monday to Friday
Rotating weekly shifts: 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00
£12.21+ p/hour, depending on experience
Overtime available
Weekly pay
