Evolve is recruiting for a quickly expanding innovative group of pharmacies providing NHS and Private services to the Communities of Scotland. They are seeking a Pharmacist Manager to join their team and you’ll be responsible for the day to day running of the pharmacy supporting your colleagues.

Ideal Requirement for the Pharmacist Manager
* Ideally youll have independent prescriber qualification
* You’ll be a member of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
* You’ll be passionate about leading and empowering a team
* Experienced in team leadership and management
Role Responsibilities for the Pharmacist Manager
* The day to day leadership and operational management of the pharmacy and the pharmacy team
* Motivating the team, ensuring all duties are carried out by the team and that targets set by the company are met and contributed to by the wider Pharmacy team
* Oversee receipt of delivery orders, including checking for controlled drugs, ensuring missing items are claimed for and returns sent back within stipulated timeframes
* Provide guidance to patients regarding their prescription and/or supporting members of the team to do so.
