Job Overview
1. MITIE are recruiting for an experienced engineering supervisor with excellent knowledge of building services and a technical services background.
2. As a supervisor, you need to ensure all equipment and services across the estate are kept and functioned safely. You will be responsible for a team of engineers as well ensuring KPIs are met are a key part of this role. ensuring all planned maintenance is carried out in line with its scheduled date, prioritising Statutory and Mandatory tasks, also ensuring Reactive Tasks are completed as per Priority.
3. Previous experience of Working within a high secure environment would be an advantage You must have experience in dealing with all types of mechanical installation and repair work and be able to carry out all aspects of maintenance and installation requirements as required that is included in the contract, making use of the uniform and PPE provided. IT experience is also necessary for recording work accurately. And fully understand our Statutory Compliance
4. You must will have to complete SC clearance.

Main Duties
6. Supporting an engineering team with guidance and techincal knowledge
7. Attending and conducting compliance audits
8. Daily calls with FM and service desk to assist with daily planning of engineers, prioritising work to avoid breaches or failiures
9. Attend and assist with project meetings
10. Managing a team of engineers to include, vehicle tracking, whereabouts, compliance, health and safety
11. Managing holiday cover
12. Tracking overtime and reviewing costs to provide value for money to our customers
13. Arranging engineers training where needed, upskilling and ensuring qualifactions are kept up to date
14. Recruitment and HR issues
15. Ordering of equipment
16. Assist and check quotations for minor works
What we are looking for

18. Someone with a positive, proactive and can do attitude
19. Must have a full clean driving licence
20. Must have 5 year checkable work history
21. Will need to undertake security clearance checks
22. Have a good knowledge of IT including experience using CAFM systems, work planning systems and microsoft packages
