The successful candidates will have: Excellent interpersonal skills The ability to work effectively as part of a team Good organisational skills A passion and desire to support students in an educational setting Currently, we are looking for entry-level SEND Teaching Assistants, learning mentors, and general classroom support staff to work with students who have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). These may include Autism, ADHD, Speech and Language difficulties, or Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Our partner schools in Sunderland are committed to helping students re-engage with learning and develop confidence both academically and personally. The role will involve supporting pupils on a 1-1 basis, in small groups, and sometimes within the wider classroom.
