What Youll Be Doing

* Take ownership of your own client portfolio and keep their accounts on track.
* Monitor debtor ledgers to ensure invoices are paid on time.
* Investigate and resolve late payment issues quickly and effectively.
* Upload invoices and manage payments through our EDI portals.
* Build strong client relationships, handling queries and disputes with confidence.
* Collaborate with our sales team to deliver a seamless customer experience.
* Apply smart credit control procedures to minimise overdue accounts and bad debt.

What Were Looking For

1. At least 2 years experience in credit control or a similar role (ideally within product & supply).
2. Proven ability to resolve queries and communicate clearly with clients at all levels.
3. Strong knowledge of credit management principles and best practices.
