About the Role: As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Support pupils with a range of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties Work 1:1 with students who require additional support, under the direction of the class teacher and SENCO Help implement individual education plans (IEPs) and adapt learning resources Foster a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for all learners Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Experience working with children with SEN in a school or similar setting A calm, patient, and empathetic approach Excellent communication and teamwork skills A relevant qualification (e.g. Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent) is desirable but not essential If you’re interested in this opportunity, please apply with your CV and a consultant will be in contact within 2 working days.
