*Job Title: Sales Support Administrator*
*Location: On-site at Head Office, 61 Carrickfergus Road, Ballynure*
*Contract Type: Permanent*
*Hours: Monday to Friday*
We are offering a fantastic opportunity for someone keen to get into the logistics industry to join our award-winning team. As Sales Support Administrator you will play a vital part in supporting our team with day-to-day tasks.
*
The Role:*
* Receive & quickly respond to customer pricing enquiries
* Record quotations on IT system
* Obtain customer feedback
* Receive bookings from customers and input onto our Transport Management System and price accordingly.
* Set up Customer Rate cards and manually price jobs
* Approval customer and partner invoices
*
Essential Criteria:*
* Previous administrative experience working within a fast paced, busy office environment
* Previous experience in the use of all Microsoft packages and in-house databases / management systems
*
Desirable Criteria:*
* Previous pricing jobs or providing quotation experience
*
