We are seeking a proactive and detail-focused Customer Service Advisor to join a busy, fast-paced team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident managing a high volume of enquiries, able to resolve issues efficiently, and committed to delivering an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities Respond to incoming customer calls and email enquiries within agreed KPI timeframes. Handle verbal and written complaints professionally and promptly. Manage follow-up calls based on email or online form submissions. Support all after-sales, warranty, and service-related queries. Escalate issues to relevant internal teams when required. Log and update customer information and order details accurately. Track and process new orders, replacements, and refunds. Process payments and handle basic sales enquiries. Check product/service availability, pricing, and order status. Complete general customer service administration as needed. Skills & Experience Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional when under pressure. Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence building rapport with customers. Quick learner with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively. High standard of spelling, grammar, and attention to detail. Confident using computer systems, CRM tools, and order-entry platforms. Able to work independently and as part of a small, supportive team. Comfortable liaising with multiple internal departments to resolve queries.
