The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the CFO, you’ll play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, insightful analysis, and continuous process improvement. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be encouraged to challenge, improve, and add real value across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and deliver accurate financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
* Provide meaningful financial analysis and insights to support decision-making
* Drive process improvements and efficiencies across the finance function
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
* Collaborate closely with stakeholders across finance and the wider business
What We’re Looking For
* Fully qualified CIMA
* Proven experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
* Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (NetSuite or similar preferred)
* Solid background in financial reporting and management accounting
* A proactive, driven individual who is keen to develop and progress
* Strong attention to detail with a commercial and analytical mindset
