About the Product Manager - Owner Supply Activation & Onboarding Role: High Impact, End-to-End Ownership Property owners are the heart of our business. Your mission: transform their journey from first sign-up to first booking, making it seamless, rewarding, and fast. You’ll own the onboarding funnel, remove barriers, and introduce smarter workflows that accelerate time to value, improve conversion, and ensure owners thrive from day one. What You’ll Do: Own the onboarding funnel from lead handoff through to first booking. Redesign the journey, balancing automation with personalised support. Collaborate with sales, onboarding, operations, legal, and compliance to remove conversion barriers. Partner with UX and engineering to build tools, dashboards, and product-led onboarding flows. Define, track, and report on metrics like funnel conversion, time to activation, and owner NPS. Develop self-service tooling and simplify contracts, compliance, and task management. Lead discovery with owners and stakeholders to validate problems and co-design solutions. Drive continuous improvement through A/B testing, analytics, and user feedback. Who You Are: Experienced Product Manager with strong discovery, prioritisation, and delivery skills Skilled at optimising complex journeys with measurable impact Comfortable with CRM systems, onboarding flows, B2B/B2C SaaS, or marketplace supply acquisition Excellent communicator and collaborator who simplifies complexity Data-driven and comfortable in fast-paced, cross-functional environments Deep understanding of customer behaviour (B2C). Bonus Points For: Experience in travel, property, or operations-heavy industries Familiarity with automation, self-service workflows, or supply acquisition tools.
