We’re looking for a confident, motivated Lead Dental Nurse who’s ready to take the next step in their career within a supportive, well-established Bupa practice.
About the Role
As Lead Dental Nurse, you’ll play a key role in supporting the clinical team, maintaining excellent standards of patient care, and helping the practice run smoothly day to day.
1. Full-time role – 37 hours per week
2. Working pattern:
3. Monday: 8:00 – 5:00
4. Tuesday: 8:00 – 5:00
5. Wednesday: 8:00 – 5:00
6. Friday: 8:00 – 4:30
7. Saturday: 8:45 – 14:30

Lead Dental Nurse skills and experience:
18. Confident leading a team
19. GDC Registered
20. Preferred Dentally experience
21. Ensure CQC requirements are met and manage audits
22. Oversee reception and staff rotas
23. Update patient records
24. Set up decontamination of instruments
25. Provide clinical chair-side support to dentists
26. Undertake some reception duties
27. Personable, positive and enthusiastic with a great customer focus
