About this role
The Senior Social Media Executive will create and curate all D2C-facing social media and build brand awareness and loyalty. Positioning all D2C online communication positively and on brand. They will be responsible for aligning all iiaa online communications with PR, social media, and marketing content to create a strong brand identity, to engage our customers and to keep them updated on new and exciting products and trends.
Key Responsibilities
Working with Brand and Creative to curate and edit engaging, creative, and amazing social content daily across our digital channels including the sourcing/editing of video assets, where required
Community development to foster, engage, and grow the communities across our brands
Work with Brand to create a content calendar creating social posts, stories, and reels to engage with audiences and promote brand-approved messages that will resonate with our target market
Maximise followers and engagement across all our media platforms
Work with planning and activation tools to develop campaigns, write captions and schedule content
Manage DM's, comments, and interactions with followers, responding to queries in a timely manner to foster a community spirit
Create weekly/monthly activity reports
Skills and Experience
Extensive knowledge and experience of managing social media platforms, especially Facebook, and Instagram
Knowledge of Capcut
Knowledge of using Sprinklr or another similar platform
Experience using video platforms
Experience in setting strategy
Proven background of content creation within the digital space
