Ensuring Housing Applicants have provided supporting ID and documents to allow their housing applications to be processed. Chasing clients for missing documents. Linking documents to housing applications submitted by clients. Making sure housing applications are ready to be processed and changing their status to allow them to be processed by Housing Options Officers.
Qualifications and Experience
1. Require a good standard of English and Maths
2. Experience of working as an administrative assistant, corporate support officer, or related role
3. Experience of communicating in a range of ways i.e., letter, email, telephone with a range of contacts (internal and external)
4. Experience of resolving issues by telephone or in writing where appropriate
5. Experience in using Microsoft Office 365 including Word to create letters.
6. Experience of e-mailing, chasing and liaising with clients.
7. Experience of scanning, indexing, printing, and processing inbound and outbound correspondence.
8. Experience of using IT systems to manage customer outcomes.
9. Proven record of accomplishment of delivering successful outcomes for internal and external customers
10. Ability to foster good working relationships with colleges and customers.
