As the Events Coordinator, you will support the delivery of motorsport programmes, coordinating athletes, events, and projects. The role focuses on driving collaboration, managing communications, and ensuring smooth operational support. This is a 12-month FTC position.
The Role:
* Support the delivery of high-impact motorsport programmes across EMEA
* Assist in planning and executing activations across racing events.
* Coordinate athlete programmes, events, and key projects across the business
* Manage project timelines, ensuring effective collaboration across marketing and commercial teams
* Maintain athlete schedules, product allocation, and upcoming plans
* Track budgets and support financial planning for motorsport activities
* Support internal project requests and ensure smooth communication across teams
* Attend events as a brand representative, supporting partners and identifying opportunities
About You:
* Minimum 1 years' experience within motorsport or a relevant brand environment
* Experience in project coordination or programme management experience
* Passion for motorsport, car culture, and action sports
* Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
* Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
* Able to work both independently and collaboratively
* Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
