The Role
* Deliver planned and reactive electrical maintenance across campus buildings
* Carry out fault finding, testing and compliance works
* Ensure statutory electrical compliance and safe systems of work
* Join the on‑call rota after the initial period (annual allowance of £2,900)
The Person
* NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent) 18th Edition
* Strong electrical maintenance and fault‑finding experience
* 2391 Testing & Inspection (additional £600 payment if held)
* JIB Gold Card (additional £600 payment if held)
Package & Benefits
* 36‑hour week (Monday‑Friday)

* University Grade 5 salary scale up to £35,608 (before enhancements)
* £2,700 annual on‑call allowance
