Employee Benefits Consultant
We are working with a leading employee benefits consultancy to find an Associate Consultant & Consultant for their small business solutions team. This is a great opportunity for career progression within a growing organization.
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Manage an existing portfolio of clients, consulting on PMI and/or Group Risk schemes.
2. Identify potential opportunities for new business, including cross and up-selling.
3. Serve as the primary contact for clients.
4. Must have prior Employee Benefits experience.
5. Effectively manage client relationships.
This position can be remote with at least monthly office visits.
