We are seeking an experienced Group Sales Manager to join our organisation. This senior role is ideal for an established Area/Regional/National Sales Manager or equivalent professional with a minimum of five years industrial water treatment experience who is ready to take the next step in their career.
About the Role
As Group Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and guiding our team of Area Sales Managers, Account Managers, Contracts Managers and Service Chemists across Great Britain and Northern Ireland. You will drive performance through:
* New business development
* Account optimisation
* Existing client retention
* Ensuring the achievement of individual and group sales targets
You will also directly manage a small portfolio of key accounts where appropriate.
This is a senior management position requiring strong commercial acumen, including a sound understanding of P&L management, profit margin expectations, and strategic planning.
