The Digital Experience Manager is responsible for executing and optimising the end-to-end user experience across our websites, to support the overarching digital marketing strategy.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is analytical, user-centred, commercially and data-driven and experienced in reducing friction in the customer journey.
YOU’LL BE DOING
* Lyvera Group Website: Be the day-to-day point of contact for the Lyvera Group website, working with a wide range of stakeholders and agency partners to deliver on-brand and accurate content that supports business priorities, compliance and SEO requirements.
* UX lead: Own and continuously improve B2C and B2B user journeys based on behavioural insight across our digital marketing platforms, including websites (ecommerce and brochure) and booking systems, from a UX, journey and conversion perspective.
* Website personalisation: Lead the delivery and optimisation of website personalisation initiatives, improving engagement across the customer lifecycle, using tools available in our Sitecore CMS. Ensure the programme delivers against KPIs and our digital brand strategy.
* CRO: Roll out structured, measurable CRO programmes across our sites, utilising multivariate testing and experimentation that prioritise customer impact and commercial value, in line with industry best practice.
* Reporting: Lead on website reporting incorporating insights from our suite of measurement and analytics tools including CRM, Sitecore Analytics and GA4, Hotjar, VWO etc. Monitor website user behaviour and identify performance trends, communicate insights to key stakeholders, and make monthly recommendations for improvement.
* Customer-first mindset: Support website development roadmap planning and SOW sign‑off, ensuring all change is prioritised based on customer value, UX and CRO impact, and adheres to agreed digital standards.
* Best-practice: Identify digital trends, emerging technologies, and competitive insights to guide future enhancements that maintain a strong digital advantage.
YOU’LL HAVE
* Proven experience in a digital, UX or CRO role, with hands on experience of managing and optimising complex websites and digital journeys (Sitecore CMS experience desirable).
* Experience of defining and delivering personalisation strategies in an ecommerce environment.
* Expert knowledge of measurement and analytics platforms such as GA4, Looker Studio, Hotjar and CRM (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
* Strong understanding of UX, CRO and experimentation best practice.
* A curious customer-first mindset with a commercial lens.
* Confident communicator, with experience operating in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments, balancing commercial, brand, technical and customer needs.
* Comfortable making data-driven decisions and actionable recommendations based on complex insight.
