Overview
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Branch Manager, with Lettings, Sales & Property management experience, to join a busy independent Estate agency business in Central Essex.
Responsibilities
* Lead the sales team, while being held accountable for individual targets and ensuring the overall office targets are exceeded.
* Maximise revenues and grow the property register.
* Utilise the company’s technology to generate and develop new business.
* Carry out all market appraisals and win new instructions within the local market for Lettings & Sales.
* Act as an industry expert to clients, landlords, tenants, applicants and colleagues, including cross selling of other services.
* Oversee front end of Lettings, to move in and management.
* Oversee all tenancy progression and sales administration.
* Develop and execute clear management strategies.
* Manage a team of negotiators and ensure targets are exceeded.
* Oversee the company’s sales pipeline and ensure properties move forward to change of contracts.
* Keep up to date with all legislation.
* ARLA & NAEA accreditations are a plus.
The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills
* A desire to play a core role in significantly scaling a business.
* A proven track record in Estate Agency.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas concisely.
* Enjoy working in a team environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A desire to progress and challenge yourself continually.
* Enjoy working in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
* Minimum of 3 years Lettings & Sales experience.
* Minimum of 1 year in a management level role.
* ARLA or NAEA qualification would be an advantage.
Salary and How to Apply
Salary range is an OTE of around £65,000 to £75,000 per annum, with negotiable basic salary, a 6-month guaranteed period, and a substantial car allowance.
