We are recruiting for a Parts Advisor to join our Skoda Dealership in Coventry. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 18:00, with Saturdays on a rota basis.
The role involves interacting with all areas of the business including sales, service, and our customers. You will be responsible for supplying Skoda parts to the public, trade customers, and our workshops. This position is ideal for a motivated individual with experience and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service for a leading car brand.

Role and Responsibilities
* Work involves both behind-the-scenes tasks like receiving deliveries and front desk customer service.
* Pre-picking parts for workshop job cards, fulfilling customer orders, and checking stock availability.
* Building customer relationships through inbound/outbound calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries by providing product knowledge and a positive first impression.
* Replenishing consumables and service parts to ensure swift service to workshops, departments, and customers.
* Handling warranty claims related to parts and completing administrative tasks accurately, including customer records and invoicing.
* Gaining knowledge of Skoda products to understand vehicle parts and their functions.
About you
* Experience as a parts advisor in a dealership or motor factor knowledge in a similar role.
* Willingness to learn and good understanding of cars.
* Ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
* Proactive, sales-driven, and committed to excellent customer service.
* Strong communication and organizational skills for a fast-paced environment.
* Professional attitude and ability to meet deadlines.
