Overview
We\'re currently recruiting for a Scheduler to join a well-established housing contractor, delivering responsive repairs and maintenance services across the Leicester area. This is a key role focused on coordinating engineers, managing tenant appointments, and ensuring the smooth delivery of works across occupied and void properties. This position is offering a 3-month contract, with full-time hours, Monday to Friday, office-based in Leicester.

Responsibilities
* Schedule and coordinate repair and maintenance appointments for tenants and operatives
* Act as the first point of contact for residents, providing clear and timely communication regarding appointments and updates
* Manage daily and weekly schedules to ensure efficient use of resources and operatives\' time
* Update and maintain internal systems to track progress and ensure accurate reporting
* Liaise with contractors, supervisors, and the wider repairs team to meet operational deadlines
* Ensure excellent customer service standards are upheld throughout all interactions
Requirements
* Previous experience in a scheduling, planning, or coordination role within social housing or property maintenance
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads under pressure
* Strong communication and customer service abilities
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling software
* Experience liaising with tenants and operatives in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to remain calm, professional, and proactive when handling multiple demands
