The Role
As a Requirements Manager, you’ll hold a senior-level role within the Systems discipline of the Engineering role family. This position requires in-depth knowledge, expertise, and several years of professional practice in this discipline. You will be responsible for providing Requirements and Verification & Validation (V&V), so a proven track record in these areas is essential.
Daily responsibilities include undertaking complex, non-routine professional assignments with minimal supervision, potentially leading junior staff within the Systems discipline. Systems engineering involves a transdisciplinary approach to the successful realization, use, support, and retirement of engineered systems, utilizing principles, concepts, and methods from science, technology, and management:
* Leading requirements activities within your area of the project.
* Collaborating with Engineering Managers, design teams, and deriving/managing system and sub-system requirements.
* Managing traceability activities and documentation.
* Leading V&V, testing, and acceptance activities.
* Solving complex problems proactively.
This is a full-time role (37 hours/week) with regular travel to site and home working arrangements. Agile and flexible working options, including part-time, condensed hours, and job sharing, may be available—please inquire during the interview process.
Essential Experience
* Experience in systems engineering.
* Deep knowledge of systems engineering to solve complex problems independently.
* Experience working in a regulated industry.

Qualifications
* Degree, HNC, or equivalent qualification.
* Ideally, a chartered engineer or working towards chartership.
Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain Developed Vetting (DV) security clearance. Further details are available upon request.
