Job Overview
The Administrator will provide essential administrative and personal assistant support to solicitors and legal staff, ensuring efficient workflow across the office. This role is fully officebased and ideal for someone seeking a stable, longterm administrative position within a friendly, fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide full administrative support to the legal team
2. Schedule inperson appointments and manage busy diaries
3. Open, maintain, and close electronic client files
4. Maintain accurate documentation and carry out general data entry
5. Assist solicitors and paralegals with daytoday operational tasks
6. Manage incoming emails and general correspondence
7. Handle confidential information with complete discretion
8. Perform general office administration as required
9. No reception duties or callhandling involved
Candidate Requirements
Essential
10. Strong office administration experience
11. Quick learner with the ability to pick up new systems
12. Seeks a longterm, stable administrative role
13. Comfortable working in a busy, lively office environment
14. Professional, personable, and confident
Preferred
15. Previous legal administration experience
16. Experience using Leap case management software
17. Health & safety knowledge or audit experience
18. An adaptable allrounder able to support various operational task
