About The Role
We are seeking dynamic and self motivated individuals to work across London on a number of exciting projects to support people with disabilities into work. We are looking for people who are flexible in their working practices and hours. Relief work is suitable for people looking for flexible work as it offers the opportunity to work in a variety of settings as and when cover is required. Relief workers are free to accept or decline work. The role is to support people with learning and developing skills at interviews, in placements, volunteering and paid work. About You Ideal candidates will have:¿ Essential experience of working with people with a learning disability into employment.¿ An innovative and person-centred approach.¿ An understanding of the needs of people with disabilities in relation to securing and keeping employment is also important.
