This is an exciting opportunity for a Brand Manager in the retail sector to join a prestigious brand based in Reading. As an integral part of the team, you will be tasked with managing marketing, NPD and core existing retail relationships whilst looking to expand their prospective online retail partnerships moving forward.
With these retail partnerships, you will be driven to achieve core business targets / activities including:
* Managing marketing and partner sales relationships
* Profitability
* Assist developing trade marketing plans
* Monthly sales forecasting
* Manage digital and customer marketing
* Category management (including NPD sell in)
* Managing agency relationships and delivering campaigns
This role is a fully office-based role but travel will be expected for frequent client side meetings.
You will identify sales trends and prepare promotional analysis as well as liaise with national retailers and distribution centres to ensure all orders are being processed on time and resolve any queries that may arise.
The ideal candidate will have strong brand marketing and sales experience as well as FMCG experience. You will have excellent Microsoft Excel and SAP and will be an enthusiastic, proactive individual who is motivated to exceed every day.
Exposure to working with Amazon and selling through Amazon would be highly advantageous.
