Your Role
We are seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Architect to lead and shape platform architecture initiatives across multiple PODs. This role requires a strong foundation in cloud architecture, platform engineering, and emerging technologies, with a focus on building scalable, secure, and future-ready platforms. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strategic vision to establish a core Platform Architecture Capability within CC&A, addressing evolving platform design and cloud requirements.
* Define and drive platform architecture standards and best practices across multiple PODs.
* Establish a core capability for platform architecture within CC&A to ensure consistency and scalability.
* Architect solutions leveraging GCP, containerization technologies, observability frameworks, and other platform components
* Contribute to RFPs, capability building, and solutioning initiatives to support business growth. Innovation & Future Trends. Explore and integrate emerging technologies, including AI and agentic systems, into platform strategies
* Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure platforms remain modern and competitive.
* Work closely with engineering teams, product owners, and stakeholders to align architecture with business objectives.
* Define governance models for platform design and cloud adoption.
Your Profile
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a Platform Architect or similar role, with hands-on involvement across the SDLC
Strong expertise in:
* Observability tools and frameworks
* Solid development background with ability to bridge engineering and architecture
* Experience in solutioning for RFPs and building organizational capabilities
* Knowledge of AI-driven architectures and interest in agentic technologies.
Preferred Attributes
* Strategic thinker with ability to define and implement architecture roadmaps.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
