Pay Rate: £125 – £150 per day (dependent on experience and role)

We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and adaptable Bank Staff Teachers to join our network of supportive primary schools across Liverpool, ready for the new academic year in September 2026. Year Groups
We are recruiting for roles across all primary phases:
* Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
* Key Stage 1 (KS1)
* Key Stage 2 (KS2)
Whether you already have a preferred key stage or are keen to gain experience across multiple year groups, we can support you in finding the right placements.

The Role
As a member of our bank staff, you will:
* Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons aligned with the National Curriculum
* Confidently adapt to different classroom environments and school settings
* Provide day-to-day, short-term, and potentially long-term cover
* Build strong professional relationships with pupils, staff, and leadership teams
* Gain valuable exposure to different teaching styles, behaviour strategies, and school cultures
This role is ideal for ECTs looking to complete induction experience or graduates seeking consistent classroom exposure before securing a permanent position.

✅ Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Be an ECT or newly qualified teacher (applications strongly encouraged)
* Demonstrate a positive, proactive, and flexible attitude
* Have strong behaviour management and communication skills
* Show a genuine passion for supporting children’s learning, development, and wellbeing
