We are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a leading national housing developer on a busy residential development in Worcester.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure a contract role with a well-established, reputable developer delivering high-quality new-build homes.
The Role:
Working alongside the Site Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring plots are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with daily site operations and subcontractor coordination
*
Ensuring health & safety compliance on site
*
Monitoring build progress and quality control
*
Conducting plot inspections and snagging
*
Supporting programme management to meet build deadlines
*
Maintaining accurate site records and reports
Requirements:
*
Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager within new-build housing
*
Valid CSCS, SMSTS or SSSTS, and First Aid certification
*
Strong organisational and communication skills
*
Ability to drive programme and maintain quality standards
