We are seeking applicants for our full time Lead Physiotherapist in Unscheduled Care. The post offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced Physiotherapist who has worked in both community and hospital settings and has operational management skills. The successful candidate will demonstrate compassionate and effective leadership and have the ability to support the Physiotherapy Teams in community rehabilitation and intermediate care. The Unscheduled Care Physiotherapy Service is based in ST Johns Hospital Livingstone and provides outreach services to the adult population of West Lothian and provides clinical placements for physiotherapy students. Strong communication and decision-making skills, a commitment to patient safety and staff wellbeing, and experience in supervision and mentoring are essential. An interest in data driven improvements will be essential to influence decisions about patient care and service provision.
Confidence in managing complex clinical situations, working collaboratively across services and third sector organisations, and contributing to decision-making for improved patient care is crucial.
