Hours: 08:30 – 15:30, Full-Time
Pay: £80 – £100 per day
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Long-term (Potential to become permanent)

Supply Desk is currently seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant for a fantastic full-time role within a small 1 form entry close knit school in the Alton area.
This role is perfect for an HLTA who’s comfortable stepping in to lead a class when needed, with additional support from LSAs. You'll play a vital role in maintaining high standards of learning, behaviour, and engagement across the school.
About the Role:
* Provide whole-class cover during teacher absences using pre-prepared plans
* Work across all primary year groups as needed
* Collaborate with LSAs to ensure all pupils are supported and engaged
* Deliver interventions and small group support where required
* Maintain a positive and structured learning environment
* Opportunity for a permanent contract for the right candidate
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
️ Holds a Level 3 CACHE qualification or HLTA status
️ Has strong classroom and behaviour management skills
️ Is confident delivering lessons and following plans
️ Is experienced working across the primary age range
️ Is proactive, flexible, and a great team player
️ Has a genuine passion for helping children succeed
