Pastry Chef de Partie

What You'll Do
* Lead the pastry section during prep and service
* Deliver exceptional desserts with consistency and care
* Bake, churn, pipe, plate – and everything in between
* Contribute to menu development, tastings and training
* Maintain the highest standards of food safety and organisation
Who You Are
* You've worked in pastry at Chef de Partie level or higher
* You're passionate about baking, pastry and creative presentation
* You've got a great eye for detail and thrive in a busy service
* You're motivated, focused and keen to develop
