We’re now looking for a hands-on, multi-skilledMaintenance / Handymanwho’s practical, adaptable, and takes real satisfaction in fixing, improving, and maintaining all sorts of spaces and fittings. If you enjoy variety and don’t mind getting stuck in, we’d love to hear from you.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for maintenance, minor repairs, and improvements across our sites. The work is varied and hands-on, and will include:
* Basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
* Painting and decorating
* Supporting shop refits and room upgrades
* Moving equipment and handling ad hoc practical tasks
You’ll need to travel regularly to our Bournemouth centres. Some overnight stays (including occasional weeks) will be required—always with travel, hotel, and food expenses covered.
What You’ll Need
* Good all-round maintenance and repair skills
* Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrics, and carpentry
* Practicality, resourcefulness, and independence
* Flexibility with working hours—some early starts and later finishes, balanced by quieter days
* Full UK driving licence
