Scope:
As the Customer Service & Business Support Assistant at Owen Mumford, you will be responsible for maintaining Owen Mumford's eRetail platforms, including Medical Shop and Amazon, as well as overseeing the coordination and administration of product samples and literature.
Please be aware this role is offered on a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide assistance to both internal and external customers by responding to general enquiries and offering product support.
2. Responsible for daily UK sales order entry, processing, and invoicing tasks to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
