Compensation: £200 monthly retainer + 20% commission on all advertising sales revenue

Role Overview
They’re looking for a charismatic, self-motivated Advertising Sales Manager to sell on-air and digital advertising packages to local and regional businesses. You'll be the face of the client in the commercial world — identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships, and helping businesses connect with our loyal audience.
What You’ll Do
* Identify, contact, and pitch to local businesses across Lancashire
* Sell advertising airtime, sponsorships, and digital media packages
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
* Create tailored advertising proposals to meet client objectives
* Work closely with the production team to bring client campaigns to life
* Hit monthly revenue goals (with plenty of earning potential)
What We’re Looking For
* Proven sales experience in media or radio sales
* Great communication and relationship-building skills
* Self-starter with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset
* Knowledge of the Lancashire business community is an advantage
* Passion for local media and a belief in its power to connect
